• Homogeneous material distribution
• Good impact resistance,

The SDPRIM FAST CAST G16 system is a fast-setting, two-component polyurethane for manual casting in silicone or flexible molds.
Main characteristics:
• Excellent detail reproduction.
• Very low viscosity for both components.
• Gel time of 2 min 30 s, and demolding at 20 min.
• Easy machining without defects: sanding and cutting.
• Flexural modulus of 1,300 MPa.
• Good impact resistance.

The SDPRIM FAST CAST G18 system is a fast-setting two-component polyurethane for manual casting into a silicone or flexible mould.
Key features:
• Excellent detail reproduction.
• Very low viscosity of both components.
• Gel time of 3 min 30 s, and demoulding after 50 min
• Easy machining without defects: sanding and cutting
• Flexural modulus of 1000 MPa
• Good impact resistance.
