Applications SDPjoint JT 7623-TH (thixotropic)<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The SDPjoint JT 7623-Th system is thixotropic (high viscosity). It is ideally suited for 2D applications on flat substrates or 3D applications on curved substrates.<\/p>

This system achieves a height-to-width ratio of approximately 1:2 to 1:1. Use is possible on steep slopes.<\/p>

The JT 7623 TH system is specifically developed for the production of sealing gaskets.<\/p>

  • Industrial air filters (air conditioning)<\/li>
  • Protection of electronic components against dust, humidity, and water splashes<\/li>
  • Headlights, taillights, and indicators<\/li>
  • Sealing of air conditioning and ventilation units<\/li><\/ul>

    <\/p>

    The JT 7623 TH system is highly valued for<\/p>

    • Its high resilience and great flexibility (5\u00b0 to 30\u00b0 Shore A)<\/li>
    • Its waterproof surface<\/li>
    • Its longevity: (good mechanical properties: elongation, tensile strength, tear resistance)<\/li>
    • Its excellent compression set and temperature resistance (-40\u00b0C to +120\u00b0C)<\/li>
    • Its ease of processing<\/li><\/ul>

      <\/p>

      The SDPjoint JT 7623 TH system is a two-component system designed to be implemented via a low-pressure machine and an application process using a robot or a pantograph.<\/p>

      The polyol is a composition based on polyether polyols, catalysts and stabilisers, 100% reactive and “low fogging”.<\/p>
