A tailor-made, customer-centric approach
Every client is unique, and we treat them as such. This is why our polyurethane systems are developed specifically to meet their specifications and processing requirements.
We take into account
- Technical constraints and the specificities of their production processes,
- Their objectives in terms of performance, durability, or regulations,
- Their manufacturing environment (equipment, climatic conditions, reactivity requirements, etc.).
This tailor-made approach is one of the pillars of our commitment to quality.
It guarantees our clients a perfectly adapted, reliable, reproducible product that complies with the standards of the relevant sector.

A centralized structure for greater efficiency
At our site in Le Perray-en-Yvelines, we bring together all our key functions, allowing for high reactivity and optimal quality control.
Our activity is organized around three complementary divisions
A production workshop
The heart of our industrial expertise.
A laboratory
Dedicated to quality control and the development of new formulations.
Offices
For commercial management, administration, and customer support.
Competence and specificities of our production
Tailor-made and
controlled production
Our production is entirely made-to-order to precisely meet the specific needs of each client and adapt to their manufacturing process. This flexibility is at the heart of our quality commitment.
Producing a polyurethane system involves precisely mixing chemical components, whether classified as hazardous or not, in rigorously controlled proportions. This expertise requires rigor, safety, and technical skill at every stage.
We have several families of polyurethane systems, each meeting specific requirements and applications. To guarantee quality and avoid any cross-contamination, each family has its own dedicated production line.
Adaptive production
On one hand, the need to guarantee the safety of our operators, particularly when handling substances classified as hazardous. This has resulted in the implementation of rigorous protocols, specific training, and investments in appropriate protective equipment.
On the other hand, the continuous growth of our production volume, which has required progressive, targeted, and structural adjustments to support this increase while maintaining our high standards of quality and performance.
Our priority remains clear: to ensure a balance between industrial performance, personnel safety, and environmental respect, through the use of modern and appropriate equipment.
Competence and specificities of our control and development laboratory
An integrated control laboratory,
guarantor of quality
Systematic controls
at every stage
Analytical controls
- For the isocyanate phase: % NCO.
- For the polyol phase: % OH, basicity, % H2O (Karl Fischer method), % blowing agent (Chromatography).
Physical and reactional controls
- Reactivity: cream time, gel time, tack-free time, free-rise density.
- Physical properties: viscosity, specific gravity.
- Laboratory foaming quality control, including flow measurement.
All measured data must strictly comply with the technical specifications of the product concerned. This guarantees optimal stability and reproducibility of performance.
Traceability and certification
Each batch of foam produced in the laboratory is archived for a period of 12 months,
Each packaging unit: drums, IBCs, or bulk deliveries is accompanied by a certificate of analysis, guaranteeing the compliance of the delivery.
