The SDPRIM FL71 system is a two-component polyurethane processable via the RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) process in a closed mold.
The SDPRIM FL 71 system simulates PP/ABS and its main characteristics are:
• Very high impact resistance,
• A flexural modulus of 800 MPa.
The SDPRIM ST 80 system is a two-component polyurethane that can be processed using the RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) process in a closed mold.
The SDPRIM ST 80 system simulates ABS and its main characteristics are:
• Good impact resistance,
• A flexural modulus of 1300 MPa.
• Good temperature resistance,
The SDPRIM RPU 006 system is a two-component polyurethane that can be processed using the RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) process in a closed mold.
The SDPRIM RPU 006 system simulates ABS and its main features are:
• UL94 V0 flame-retardant rating
• A flexural modulus of 1800 MPa
• Good impact resistance
• Good temperature resistance
The SDPRIM RT 7612 system is a two-component polyurethane that can be processed using the RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) process in a closed rotomolded mold.
The SDPRIM RT 7612 system simulates PP/ABS and has the following main characteristics:
• Homogeneous material distribution
• Good impact resistance,
• Good temperature resistance.
The SDPRIM FAST CAST G16 system is a fast-setting, two-component polyurethane for manual casting in silicone or flexible molds.
Main characteristics:
• Excellent detail reproduction.
• Very low viscosity for both components.
• Gel time of 2 min 30 s, and demolding at 20 min.
• Easy machining without defects: sanding and cutting.
• Flexural modulus of 1,300 MPa.
• Good impact resistance.
The SDPRIM FAST CAST G18 system is a fast-setting two-component polyurethane for manual casting into a silicone or flexible mould.
Key features:
• Excellent detail reproduction.
• Very low viscosity of both components.
• Gel time of 3 min 30 s, and demoulding after 50 min
• Easy machining without defects: sanding and cutting
• Flexural modulus of 1000 MPa
• Good impact resistance.
The SDPpotting EC 4920 system is a dielectric polyurethane resin with Shore A 80 hardness, a two-component system used to encapsulate, protect, and immobilize electronic components on a circuit board or in a housing.
The main functions of the SDPpotting EC 4920 system are:
• Mechanical protection against shocks and vibrations.
• Electrical insulation that secures the circuit and prevents short circuits.
• Protection against moisture and corrosion of electronic components.
The SDPpotting EC 1020 system is a rigid, two-component polyurethane resin with a Shore D 80 hardness, used to encapsulate, protect, and immobilize electronic components on a board or in a housing.
