SDPElastiflex

SDPelastiflex systems are two-component polyurethane casting elastomers. The SDPelastiflex range is designed for simple application, both with low-pressure two-component machines and for manual application.

SDPelastiflex systems offer high-fidelity reproduction of details, good wear resistance, and a service life suited to repeated production cycles.

• Manufacturing flexible and semi-rigid moulds for casting architectural concrete

SDPelastiflex systems provide flexibility, mechanical strength and resistance to the stresses of concrete, while enabling easy demoulding and excellent surface quality.

• Manufacturing technical moulds, filled or unfilled
  • Filled SDPelastiflex, intended to improve chemical resistance, stiffness or durability in aggressive environments
  • Unfilled SDPelastiflex, prioritising high mechanical performance, long-lasting elasticity and high resilience

SDPelastiflex systems are highly regarded for

• Excellent flow and castability, facilitating precise mould filling
• Controlled curing times and fast demoulding
• Good mechanical properties (elasticity, abrasion resistance and tear resistance)
• Variable hardness depending on the systems, from 50 Shore A to 95 Shore A

SDPelastiflex polyols are compositions based on polyether polyols, catalysts and stabilisers, 100% reactive.

The isocyanate is an MDI prepolymer.
