The SDPRIM FAST CAST G16 system is a fast-setting, two-component polyurethane for manual casting in silicone or flexible molds. Main characteristics: • Excellent detail reproduction. • Very low viscosity for both components. • Gel time of 2 min 30 s, and demolding at 20 min. • Easy machining without defects: sanding and cutting. • Flexural modulus of 1,300 MPa. • Good impact resistance.

Applications SDPRIM FAST CAST G16

The SDPRIM FAST CAST G16 system is a fast-setting, two-component polyurethane for manual casting in silicone or flexible molds.

The SDPRIM FAST CAST G16 system allows for the rapid production of rigid parts with high surface quality, primarily intended for prototyping and small series.

The main characteristics of the SDPRIM FAST CAST G16 system are:

  • Excellent detail reproduction
  • Very low viscosity for both components
  • Gel time of 2 min 30 s, and demolding at 20 min
  • Easy machining without defects: sanding and cutting
  • Flexural modulus of 1,300 MPa
  • Good impact resistance


The SDPRIM FAST CAST G16 system is specifically developed for:

  • Rapid prototyping
    • Functional or aesthetic parts
    • Form validation, mold production (filler addition possible)
  • Pre-series and small series production
  • Production of mock-ups and appearance models


SDPRIM FAST CAST G16 Polyol is a composition based on polyether polyols, amines, and 100% reactive catalysts.

The isocyanate is a modified MDI.
