The SDPRIM FAST CAST G18 system is a fast-setting two-component polyurethane for manual casting into a silicone or flexible mould.

The SDPRIM FAST CAST G18 system enables the rapid production of rigid parts with a high-quality surface finish, primarily intended for prototyping and small series.

The SDPRIM FAST CAST G18 system has the following key features

  • Excellent detail reproduction
  • Very low viscosity of both components
  • Gel time of 3 min 30 s, and demoulding after 50 min
  • Easy machining without defects: sanding and cutting
  • Flexural modulus of 1000 MPa
  • Good impact resistance


The SDPRIM FAST CAST G18 system is specifically developed for

  • Rapid prototyping
    • Functional or aesthetic parts
    • Form validation, mould production (filler addition possible)
  • Pre-series and small-series production
  • The production of mock-ups and appearance models


SDPRIM FAST CAST G18 polyol is a composition based on polyether polyols, amines, and 100% reactive catalysts.

The isocyanate is a modified MDI.
