Applications SDPrim RT 7612
The SDPRIM RT 7612 system is a two-component polyurethane that can be processed using the RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) process in a closed rotomolded mold.
The SDPRIM RT 7612 system simulates PP/ABS and has the following main characteristics:
- Homogeneous material distribution
- Uniform skin thickness
- Homogeneous surface density
- Absence of overload zones
- A flexural modulus of 900 MPa
- Good impact resistance
- Good temperature resistance
The SDPRIM RT 7612 system is specially developed for
- Production of mannequins and figurines
- Scenography: XXL statues, hollow columns
- Production of specific tanks and containers
The SDPRIM RT 7612 system is highly valued for
- Its ease of implementation
- Excellent mechanical resistance to impact, flexion, and temperature
- Homogeneous material distribution
- Fast demolding time
The SDPRIM RT 7612 system is a two-component system designed to be processed using a low- or high-pressure casting machine.
The Polyol is a composition based on polyether polyols, amines, and 100% reactive catalysts.
The isocyanate is a modified MDI.
