EZ 20250

The EZ 20250 Integral Skin Foam system is the benchmark system. It has been specifically developed for the production of armrests, chairlift seats, automotive steering wheels, seats and backrests for agricultural vehicles, ride accessories, and supports for medical beds.

The Integral Skin Foam system is highly valued for its ease of molding; it enables

• To obtain a watertight, durable skin
• To cover a hardness range from 50 Shore A to 90 Shore A by adjusting the mix ratio and the molded density between 300 g/L and 700 g/L

The EZ 20250 Integral Skin Foam system is a two-component system designed to be processed using a high- or low-pressure machine.

The polyol is a formulation based on polyether polyols, catalysts, and stabilizers, 100% reactive and “low fogging”.

The isocyanate is a modified MDI.
