SDPflex HR 5720

The HR 5720 Flexible Foam system is a highly flame-retardant CMHR (Combustion Modified High Resilience) solution.

This system is specially developed for

• Furniture: seats and backrests for auditoriums, office chairs (CRIB 5 test)
• Railway: seats and backrests for train carriages (EN 45 545-2 test with fabric)
• Aeronautics: seats and backrests (FAR 25.853)

The HR 5720 system is highly valued for its ease of use. It can be processed in both cold and hot molds and is very insensitive to decompression.

The system is a two-component product intended for processing via a high or low-pressure casting machine.

The Polyol is a composition based on Polyether polyols, catalysts, and stabilizers that is 100% reactive and “low fogging”. The flame retardants used are non-halogenated.

The Isocyanate is a modified MDI.
