SDPjoint JT 7623-TH (thixotropic)

The SDPjoint JT 7623-Th system is thixotropic (high viscosity). It is ideally suited for 2D applications on flat substrates or 3D applications on curved substrates.

This system achieves a height-to-width ratio of approximately 1:2 to 1:1. Use is possible on steep slopes.

The JT 7623 TH system is specifically developed for the production of sealing gaskets.

The SDPjoint JT 7623 TH system is a two-component system designed to be implemented via a low-pressure machine and an application process using a robot or a pantograph.

The polyol is a composition based on polyether polyols, catalysts and stabilisers, 100% reactive and “low fogging”.

The isocyanate is a modified MDI.
