Applications SDPspray HP 78

The SDPspray HP 78 system is a two-component Polyurea coating, applied by high-pressure hot spraying. The reaction is almost instantaneous and forms a continuous, jointless, highly resistant membrane with 78A Shore hardness.

The SDPspray HP 78 Polyurea system is a coating specifically developed for

  • Waterproofing roofs and basins (on geotextile)
  • Coating for garden seats and sofas made of cut flexible foam

The SDPspray HP 78 Polyurea system is a two-component product intended for application via a mobile In situ injection machine. The product temperature is > 60°C and the product pressure is > 130 bar.

The Polyol is a composition based on aminated Polyether polyols and 100% reactive amines.

The Isocyanate is an MDI prepolymer.
