SDPspray RD 2910

Thermal insulation and airtightness of interior walls using open-cell polyurethane foam, CCC1 class, with a density of 16–24 g/L
Category:

Applications SDPspray RD 2910

The RD 2910 system is a thermal insulation process, adhering to its substrate, using open-cell polyurethane foam of the PUR type (CCC1 class in accordance with NF EN 14315-1), sprayed in situ, intended to provide thermal insulation and contribute to the airtightness of interior walls. The thickness range is 50 to 320 mm. The density range is 16 to 24 kg/m3. The installation of a vapour barrier membrane is required for wall insulation. The open-cell RD 2910 system is highly valued for:
  • Its excellent lambda value
  • Its excellent smoothing capability
  • Its excellent adhesion to all substrates
  • Its ease of application (iso-viscosity polyol/isocyanate)
  • Its excellent cost-effectiveness

The open-cell RD 2910 system is a two-component system intended to be applied using a mobile in situ injection machine. The polyol is a 100% reactive composition based on polyether and polyester polyols, catalysts, and stabilisers. The isocyanate is an MDI.
