Applications SDPspray RDP 2136-EX

The SDPspray RDP 2136-EX Rigid Spray Foam system is a thermal insulation process for exterior flat roof insulation based on polyurethane foam sprayed in situ, forming after expansion a rigid insulation of class CCC4 with a density range between 50 g/L and 55 g/L.

The SDPspray RDP 2136 EX Rigid Spray Foam system is a two-component product designed to be applied via a mobile in situ injection machine.

The Polyol is a composition based on Polyether and Polyester polyols, catalysts and 100% reactive stabilizers, and latest-generation blowing agents (zero ODP and low GWP).

The Isocyanate is an MDI.
