Applications SDPspray RDP 2136-OH

The SDPspray RDP 2136-OH Rigid Spray Foam system is a thermal insulation process for walls, attics and crawl spaces based on in-situ sprayed polyurethane foam which, after expansion, forms a rigid CCC4-class insulation with a density range between 35 g/L and 40 g/L.

The SDPspray RDP 2136-OH Rigid Spray Foam system is highly valued for:

  • Its excellent lambda value
  • Its excellent smoothing capability
  • Its excellent adhesion to all substrates
  • Its ease of application (iso-viscosity polyol / isocyanate)
  • Its excellent dimensional stability
  • Its excellent cost efficiency

The SDPspray RDP 2136 OH Rigid Spray Foam system is a two-component system designed to be applied using a mobile in-situ injection machine.

The polyol is a composition based on polyether and polyester polyols, catalysts and 100% reactive stabilisers, and latest-generation blowing agents (zero ODP and low GWP).

The isocyanate is an MDI.
