Applications SDPspray RDP 2136-UF

The SDPspray RDP 2136-UF rigid spray foam system is a thermal insulation process for floors and intermediate floors based on in-situ sprayed polyurethane foam. After expansion, it forms a rigid CCC 4 class insulation with a density range between 42 g/L and 50 g/L, suitable for screeds or underfloor heating.

The SDPspray RDP 2136 UF rigid spray foam system is a two-component product designed for application via a mobile in-situ injection machine.

The Polyol is a composition based on polyether and polyester polyols, catalysts, and 100% reactive stabilizers, along with latest-generation blowing agents (zero ODP and low GWP).

The Isocyanate is an MDI.
